I build systems that balance reliability, usability, and impact, shaped by my experience shipping distributed systems
under real traffic, strict service levels, and tight budgets. At Intelity, I am developing a conversational AI platform
for the hospitality sector that lets managers create and deploy chatbots with custom knowledge bases and configurations
to handle ticketing, ordering, and smart insights.
Apart from my work at Intelity, I also focus on applying AI where it can create meaningful change. With OpenCivicLine, I am building civic
infrastructure that helps governments listen more clearly to their citizens, transforming scattered voices into
prioritized insights that make governance more inclusive and responsive.
I am driven by both practical impact and curiosity. As an engineer, I care about shipping tools that people can actually
use, but I also find energy in asking the deeper questions: how can AI systems be made more robust, interpretable, and
accessible? For me, building is as much about learning as it is about delivering. Each project is a chance to explore
new ideas, test them in the real world, and let curiosity guide the next iteration. My philosophy is simple: start
small, measure honestly, learn fast, and ship with purpose.
